7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed a substantial portion of the course (as a guide, less than about 25% of the lessons watched). This lets you genuinely try the course while keeping it fair for everyone.

How to request a refund

Email support@gyaanshala.com from the address you used to purchase, with your name and order details, and a brief note on why you’d like a refund. We may ask a question or two to help us improve.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. The exact time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

• Requests made after 7 days from purchase.
• Courses that have been substantially completed or downloaded in full.
• Purchases where account sharing, redistribution or other misuse of the material is found.
