What happens when my year ends?
Nothing is charged. Every course you started stays in your account permanently and you can rewatch it forever — you just can't start new ones until you renew. We email you two weeks before, and again on the day.
Why only 5 new courses a week?
Because unlimited access on day one means twenty half-watched courses and nothing finished. Five a week is more than anyone completes, and it stops the membership becoming a shelf of unopened books.
Is the GST included in the listed price?
No. Listed prices exclude GST; it is added at checkout. Business Starter is ₹5,898.82 payable, Business Growth is ₹11,798.82 payable, Business Elite is ₹23,598.82 payable. Use the toggle at the top of this page to see either figure.
Can I claim this as a business expense?
If you're GST-registered, yes — add your GSTIN at checkout and we issue a proper tax invoice you can claim input credit against. Your accountant will want the invoice, not the receipt.
Can I upgrade partway through the year?
Yes. You pay the difference between the two plans, prorated for the months left in your year. Write to support@gyaanshala.com and we'll send the link.
Does the membership cover the store?
Not today — kits, raw materials and packaging are bought separately. Store credit on the higher plans is something we're working on; the comparison table above marks it as proposed rather than pretending it exists.
What if a membership isn't right for me?
Then don't buy one. If you'll take fewer than nine courses this year, buying them individually genuinely costs less — the calculator above works that out honestly, and it'll tell you to walk away when walking away is correct.
Do I need a laptop?
No. Every course plays on a phone, and most of our members watch on one, propped against a mixing bowl. Downloads work offline too.
